S10health New Gym for 2012
We already know our new year’s resolution for 2012, to have a NEW gym with a fresh approach to fitness and wellbeing. PLUS it is scheduled to be open by 14th January 2012 at 2011 prices!
The NEW gym will have a complete facelift incorporating a different layout; fresh design style; and the best designed equipment to help all our members reach their health & fitness goals - whether they are a fitness pro, or completely new to exercise.
We are extremely passionate about fitness and wellbeing, which is why we had to find a supplier that focused on the things that matter – the kit, the decor and the atmosphere!
Life Fitness was the answer we were looking for. They’ve been established for 40 years, and have a track record that highlights their dedication to constantly develop better, more effective fitness equipment and gym design. It is this which has set them apart from the competition. They merge best practice from clubs around the world to create an exercise experience like no other, and we are confident that our existing and potential members will see and feel the difference.
It is always the intention of S10health to cause the minimum of disruption to members; this is the reason why we have chosen the Christmas period to do the work, which is traditionally a quiet time for S10health. The work to create the NEW gym will begin on 16 December 2011 and is scheduled to re-open on 14th January 2012. Plus there will be access to a mini gym in the sports hall while the refurbishment is taking place.
With over 170 pieces of state of the art fitness equipment including the world renowned cyclist, Lance Armstrong's* LIVESTRONG spin bikes by Matrix, S10health will have one of the best value for money facilities around.
We will also continue to have a fantastic class timetable, which includes a great selection of and classes and courses, such as spin, circuits, yoga and Pilates.
Our trained fitness instructors, carefully selected to provide the best service for members, will be there to help - whether members want to lose a bit of weight, develop their fitness for sport, or simply improve their health.
All members will continue receive a free induction to the new equipment, and free reassessments will still be available for those who want to get that little bit extra from their work out!
