In 2011 Sport Sheffield announced a partnership with the University of Sheffield Journalism department and Rocca Creative Thinking, based in Sheffield. Together a Sport Sheffield Media Internship was launched and two students from the Journalism department were selected to undertake the roles 2011-2012. Both students are keen to get out and about and promote sport via Sport Sheffield web pages, Facebook and twitter, so keep checking the web site and join in the social media conversations and updates. Sport Sheffield is very grateful to Rocca Creative Thinking for sponsoring the two media internships and for designing the new web site!
