Sport Sheffield opens NEW gym for 2012 at 2011 prices!
The University has made a significant investment in a NEW look S10health gym for 2012 at Sport Sheffield’s Goodwin Sports Centre.
The S10health gym has seen a complete facelift incorporating a different layout; fresh design style; and top of the range equipment to help all its members reach their health & fitness goals - whether they are a fitness pro, or completely new to exercise.
The bid to find a supplier for the equipment went through an extensive tendering process, and Sport Sheffield were looking for a supplier that was as passionate about fitness and focused on the things that matter – the kit, innovation and the look and feel of the gym!
Life Fitness delivered the best tender return and they won the contract. They’ve been established for 40 years, and have an international track record that highlights their dedication to constantly develop better, more effective fitness equipment. They merge best practice from clubs around the world to create an exercise experience like no other, and Sport Sheffield is confident that existing and potential members will see and feel the difference.
With over 170 pieces of state of the art fitness equipment including the world renowned cyclist, Lance Armstrong's* LIVESTRONG spin bikes provided by Matrix, S10health will be one of the best value for money facilities around.
Also on offer is the fantastic class timetable, which includes a great selection of and classes and courses, such as spin, circuits, yoga and pilates.
The trained fitness instructors, carefully selected to provide the best service for members, are always on-hand to help - whether members want to lose a bit of weight, develop their fitness for sport, or simply improve their health.
