A mix of aerobics and body conditioning exercises to give you a balanced workout. 50/50 is a mixed dynamic class, which compromises of an aerobic workout which will help to sculpt your body. It will also improve your stamina and endurance.
BODYATTACK (Les Mills)
BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class that combines athletic movements with strength exercises. This is a whole body workout that burns calories while toning/shaping.
BODYPUMP (Les Mills)
BODYPUMP is the ideal workout for anyone looking to get toned and fit - fast. Using weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
A combination of cardio and strength training, this class allows participants to work to their own personal level. A highly motivating workout that helps to push you to your limits while increasing your cardio, strength and determination.
BOX FIT is an intense training session using boxing training techniques to increase overall fitness experience; this class is a fantastic workout for all levels & genders! Great for toning and increasing cardio fitness. Please note, due to COVID-19 we are no longer using boxing gloves in this class.

GRIT CARDIO (Les Mills)
GRIT CARDIO is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.
HIIT is a full-body workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. ... This class combines resistance training with plyometric moves to improve your strength and power.
A powerful indoor cycling class. Using a stationary bike, your instructor will lead you through a variety of drills from hills climbs and sprints to standing on your pedals. This class improves cardiovascular fitness and stamina. We run both 30 minutes & 45 minutes spin classes throughout the week.
LBT focuses on technique and toning targeting specific areas. A short aerobic warm may be included followed by a series of exercises for legs, bums and abdominals. Thisfocuses primarily on toning and is a great class for all levels.
Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. The instructor and the upbeat music motivate you to keep going. Your class will start with a warm-up, followed by choreographed routines on the step, and a cooldown at the end.
YOGA classes will increase range of motion, improve flexibility, facilitate relaxation and release tension, focusing on posture, alignment and breathing. A great way to relax! Classes are run slightly differently depending on the teacher. All levels are welcome.

High energy musical fusions of traditional Latin beats combined to create challenging yet easy to follow routines. Zumba can give you a great cardio workout with toning moves thrown in for good measure!
Zumba Toning combines body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work infused with Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training fitness party. Students learn how to use lightweight toning sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, and thighs.
