BODYATTACK (Les Mills)
BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class that combines athletic movements with strength exercises. This is a whole body workout that burns calories while toning/shaping.
BODY FUSION is a combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates; it form a structured series of stretches, moves and poses to create a holistic workout bringing the body into a state of harmony and balance. Join us for a class that both relaxes & stretches your body and mind.
BODYPUMP (Les Mills)
BODYPUMP is the ideal workout for anyone looking to get toned and fit - fast. Using weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
A combination of cardio and strength training, this class allows participants to work to their own personal level. A highly motivating workout that helps to push you to your limits while increasing your cardio, strength and determination.
BOX FIT is an intense training session using boxing training techniques to increase overall fitness experience; this class is a fantastic workout for all levels & genders! Great for toning and increasing cardio fitness. Please note, due to COVID-19 we are no longer using boxing gloves in this class.
A total body conditioning class designed to get your heart pumping and your muscles moving. Using a variety of training techniques you're guaranteed a great workout that will improve your cardio, strength and endurance.
A combination of cardio, strength & stamina training, this class gets you working to your personal best. A highly motivating workout and great for those who don’t like choreographed routines.
This class focuses on technique and toning rather than intensity; targeting specific areas intensely in a short space of time. A short aerobic warm may be included followed by a series of exercises for legs, bums and abdominals. This class is only available online on our Facebook page.
GRIT CARDIO (Les Mills)
GRIT CARDIO is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.
LBT focuses on technique and toning targeting specific areas. A short aerobic warm may be included followed by a series of exercises for legs, bums and abdominals. Thisfocuses primarily on toning and is a great class for all levels.
A refreshing mind & body workout which focuses on stability and posture. Exercises are performed in a slow, controlled manner incorporating relaxation and breathing techniques similar to yoga. Pilates increases flexibility, agility and builds strength.
A powerful indoor cycling class. Using a stationary bike, your instructor will lead you through a variety of drills from hills climbs and sprints to standing on your pedals. This class improves cardiovascular fitness and stamina. We run both 30 minutes & 45 minutes spin classes throughout the week.
YOGA classes will increase range of motion, improve flexibility, facilitate relaxation and release tension, focusing on posture, alignment and breathing. A great way to relax! Classes are run slightly differently depending on the teacher. All levels are welcome.
High energy musical fusions of traditional Latin beats combined to create challenging yet easy to follow routines. Zumba can give you a great cardio workout with toning moves thrown in for good measure!
