Well known for being one of the best forms of exercise, swimming is low impact and can support 90% of the body’s weight in the water, meaning that those with disabilities, injuries or illnesses can take part in a comfortable and safe environment.
If the gym isn’t quite your thing then Group Fitness is a great way to get involved.
All classes are suitable for beginners and can be an excellent way to improve your levels of fitness. If you are a total beginner, recovering from injury or just fancy a change then our Group Fitness programme has something for you.
