Sheffield University Canoe Club is a friendly, inclusive club for everyone from those who have never been in a kayak before to those competing at an international level
Sheffield University Canoe Club is a friendly sports team for everyone, whether new to kayaking or seasoned professional. We run coached sessions and trips for everything from the basics of boating to the gorges of the French Alps. For those with a competitive streak, we enter three BUCS competitions: Slalom, Whitewater Racing, and Polo, as well as national Freestyle competitions and regional and national Polo leagues. We run a range of socials for everything from club nights to board games

Lake session (all abilities) - Wednesday afternoons (see Facebook/email for exact times) Pool session (all abilities) - Thursday evenings 7:30pm Polo training pool session (alternates beginners/expert) - Sunday afternoons (please sign up each week via Facebook/email) Whitewater trips - weekends (see Facebook/email for dates, times and ability range)
