Online Bookings FAQ

 

Q) How do I Register for On-line Bookings?
A) You can either register at Goodwin Sports Centre main reception whilst you are visiting the Sports Centre, or you can visit our on-line bookings site http://www.goodwinonline.co.uk.

Q) I have a problem with on-line bookings!
A) You can ring our on-line bookings support line Monday to Friday 9.00am until 5.00pm, we will gladly assist you with you booking, OR e-mail, onlinebookings@sportsheffield.co.uk and we will deal with your enquiry, usually within 24hrs. Enquiries over the weekend will be dealt with on the following Monday morning.

Q) I have forgotten my PIN/My account is locked out, what do I do?
A) You can ring our on-line bookings support line Monday to Friday 9.00am until 5.00pm we will gladly assist you. Alternatively you can e-mail, onlinebookings@sportsheffield.co.uk and we will deal with your enquiry, usually within 24hrs. Enquiries over the weekend will be dealt with on the following Monday morning.

Q) How do I cancel/re-arrange a booking?
A) You can do this by contacting main reception on 0114 2226999. Our normal cancellation policy applies, you must provide at least 24hrs notice prior to the booking commencing to receive a refund.

Q) Why can't I save my payment details?
A) As a University of Sheffield department we are tied to using the financial systems the University's Finance department have in place. This is currently WorldPay who unfortunately do not offer the facility to save payment details. We continue to monitor the situation and should other options become available we will to be able to offer this feature.
