Designed to give you an enjoyable and challenging workout with the use of different choreography offering high and low impact alternatives to improve fitness and burn fat.

Aqua

Aqua is a safe effective and fun cardiovascular workout in the pool with exercises for toning the upper and lower body. Using the water's natural resistance the muscles are toned whilst stamina is developed; the waters buoyancy offers support for a stress free workout.

Body Conditioning

a combination of dance and gymnastics based cardio, strength and flexibility exercises. 30 min of choreographed cardio to get your heart pumping and brain working followed by 15 min blocks of body weight toning and flexibility exercises (including some pair work). This is a great way to kick start your week…!

Body Fusion

Combining yoga, tai chi and pilates to form a structured series of stretches, moves and poses to create a holistic workout bringing the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Body Max

Using adjustable dumbbells to tone and condition muscles. all major muscle groups are worked via a series of exercises including squats, presses and lifts.

Box Fit

Popular with both male and female participants, an intense training session using boxing training techniques to increase your overall fitness experience.

Cardio HIIT

This class mixes HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Tabata (a Japanese form of Interval training). It requires no equipment, no rhythm, no choreography, just lots of enthusiasm and a willingness to work hard! It is a more intense way to train your body - in short, you will train hard and research shows that you can expend up to 9 times more energy recovering than say an hour on the treadmill. The work out is simple to follow, and easy to take away and incorporate into your own training.

Circuit Training

A combination of cardio and strength training, this class allows participants to work to their own personal level. A highly motivating workout. Great for those who don?t like choreographed routines.

Express LBT

This class focuses on technique and toning rathr than intensity; targeting specific problem areas. A short aerobic warm may be included followed by a series of exercises for legs, bums and abdominals.

Pilates

A refeshing mind and body workout which focuses on core stability and posture. Exercises are performed in a very slow, controlled manner incorporating relaxation and breathing techniques similar to yoga. Pilates increases flexibility, agility and builds strength.

Spin

A powerful indoor cycling class. Using a stationary bike, your instructor will lead you through a variety of drills from hills climbs and sprints to standing on your pedals. this class improves cardiovascular fitness and stamina.

Step

Low impact, high intensity choreographed routines using a step platform with the option of varied height to add an extra dimension to your fitness routine.

Yoga

Yoga classes will incrase range of motion, improve flexibility, facilitate relaxation and release tension, focusing on posture, alignment and breathing. A great way to relax!

Yoga Flow

Yoga flow is a dynamic form of yoga where postures are linked together through breath. Each movement flows to the next using the power of inhalation or exhalation. Like all styles of yoga, flow offers the benefits of physical fitness, mental relaxation and spiritual energy for the ultimate body, mind and spirit combo.

Zumba

Zumba was created in the mid 90’s when Alberto ‘Beto’ Perez forgot his CD’s and ran a fitness class using what he had to hand - a mix of traditional salsa and merengue music. From this Zumba was born! Combining high energy musical fusions of traditional Latin beats to create challenging yet easy to follow routines, Zumba really is a combination of fitness and fun all rolled into one!! Zumba can give you a great cardio workout with some all-important toning moves thrown in for good measure!
