We offer a full range of group fitness classes ranging from yoga to step and ballet fit to spinning. And most things in between! If you've never taken part before our group fitness classes are a great to keep yourself motivated and add that all important variety to your exercise programme.
All classes are suitable for beginners and can be an excellent way to improve your levels of fitness. If you're a total beginner, recovering from injury or not exercised for sometime, or just fancy a change from your old routine then our group fitness programme has something for you.
Classes are available as part of your membership or on a pay-as-you-go basis and it is advisable to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Come and have some fun and get active at our REP fitness classes - run once a week at Endcliffe and Ranmoor providing a variety of exercises including LBT, Cardio conditioning and Pilates.
