Aims For The Year Ahead
To continue our high standards of diver training, go on lots of exciting dive trips, and maintain our exemplary safety record.
Diving theory lectures: Monday evenings from 7pm
Practical training in the pool: Wednesday evenings from 8pm
Theory lectures are usually in the Hicks building.

For pool sessions we run a walking bus that meets outside the SU at 7.30pm
We frequently achieve awards from our governing body (the British Sub Aqua club) for training high numbers of divers and instructors. We are also currently in the running for the prodigous Heinke trophy. Last autumn we were the featured club in Scuba Magazine.
We have pub nights after our training sessions and hold regular socials throughout term time. Our major social events our the biannual club meals, which occur at Xmas and after the summer exams. As a dive club, we also run dive trips to the UK and abroad throughout the year
