As part of the University's commitment to health and wellbeing for everyone, all staff can access a range of free activities to support your physical, social and mental wellbeing.
Activities range from bootcamp to book group and everything in-between - so you are sure to find something for you. We’re always switching up our activity programme and activities will be available for you to book on to up to six days in advance - so keep checking back to try something new.
