Staff Health & Wellbeing - Activities

As part of the University's commitment to health and wellbeing for everyone, all staff can access a range of free activities to support your physical, social and mental wellbeing. 

Activities range from bootcamp to book group and everything in-between - so you are sure to find something for you. We’re always switching up our activity programme and activities will be available for you to book on to up to six days in advance - so keep checking back to try something new.

We can offer all University Staff a FREE Body Health Check. A 20minute one-to-one session with our friendly and qualified instructors are available to assess your current wellbeing (such as weight, muscle mass, body fat %, BMI, blood pressure) and help to look at targets for the future. These can be done pre work, during lunch breaks or post work. To arrange your health check, please email
